NWT Lace Tulle Gown

NWT (new in package, brand does not come with attached tags) formal navy lace gown. Floor-length tulle with floral lace appliqué all over the bodice that dips down below the natural waistline. The lace appliqués go down the 1/2 length sleeves (the description says 3/4 length sleeves, but the stop right at about the elbows, so they are closer to 1/2 length in my opinion) and they are spread throughout the bottom half of the gown as well. Please follow the size chart as it does run small. Brand is Vnaix sold through Amazon.
