NWT Lace Vest/Shrug

This is a very pretty ivory with a lace back. “Scrunchers “ on the front adjust up and down. I put this piece on the mannequin and noticed a couple spots. I removed the tags and washed. The good news is that the spots came out. The bad news is that I noticed a couple flaws in the material. The good news is that you cannot see the flaws when you’re wearing the piece. Please see the last two photos.
