mlleb @dardar4j I added pic of bust with tape showing. It’s about 20.5 inches (material is a little stretchy also). Top of shoulder to bottom of dress measured at 38 inches. Let me know if you have any other questions! Thank you.

bettym117 Is this dress Navy blue? A couple of the pictures look much lighter blue. I know camera lighting can change the look of the real color.
