NWT Lace black blouse with cream colored lining

Black and cream colored lace lined blouse. There is ruching on the sides which make the fit very flattering around the waist. The neckline is scalloped with the sleeves sitting right below the top of the shoulders. The top layer is 94% nylon and 6% spandex and the lining is 100% polyester. The size is large but fits more like a medium.
