NWT - Ladies Dress

New With Tags-Black & gray leopard print dress. The sleeves are bracelet length & are shirred half way up(see photo). The top has a snap if you want additional coverage. The front lower part of the dress has a light diagonal ruffle. Pit to pit is 21", the waist is 36" & the length is 43. The fabric is 100% polyester & can go in the washer dryer.
