NWT This lovely 3/4 sleeve off the shoulder tunic is made with thin silky material. So its very light weight & comfy. The belt is still wrapped in plastic. Also it has a inside liner & draw sting in front. Navy with floral print pattern. It has a braided rope shoulder straps in navy as well. Could possibly be a mini for someone more petite for length. It has a short length from waist to hem.
