In very good condition. Beautiful fit and flair pencil dress with short sleeves. Solid black with a back vent. Full back zipper. Man-made leather look at the front of the dress. Peepli style. This has a skirt and blouse look for the style. 19 inches with stretch to 20.5 inches. Length of the dress is 38 inches and waist flat across is 16.5 inches With stretched to 17 inches. Please note that the leather look material is not in perfectly new condition, see picture.
