I bought this at Lane Bryant and never wore it, comes from a smoke-free home, button front with a covered placket, the sleeves are long but can be buttoned up to make 3/4 sleeves, and the back of the shirt in length is 46 inches and the front length is 29 inches, washable, cotton/spandex. The Bust unstretched is 62 inches. Very classy-looking shirt. Great with anything.
