NWT. Background is black with tiny dots of off-white. It has faded looking flowers of white and gray. It has a sheer layer and a thin layer underneath. It is pleaded across the front and back. It flares out from the breast down. Curved plain collar. Sleeves have 2 buttons and is just the sheer material. Really pretty. It has pockets. Pit to pit is 27 inches. Sleeves are 27 inches. Wrist is 4 inches, laying flat. Top of shoulder to hem is 41 inches. Center back of hem is 2 inches longer
