NWT Leota blue patterned fit and flare dress

XS Leota dress- blue and white circle pattern. NWT, never worn. Fitted sleeves and chest with flare skirt. About knee-length. Scoop back. XS but fits like a S. Soft but thick material. Good for all seasons, would be cute with tights and boots in winter.
