jea4him @bitsygrace they are a tight fit from crotch to bottom. Sometimes 30 inseam works for me if the crotch is looser but this one is very exact. Plus with this style it is better longer. But totally up to you. I’d say look at the pants you have with a very exact inseam crotch to bottom and measure past the ankle for this style because longer is better. Good luck!
