NWT Lightweight Teal Plaid Aigle Ruffle Placket Blouse

Teal Plaid Aigle Ruffle Placket Blouse. Purchased from a sample sale (hence the S on the tag) but never worn. European sz 38, similar to US small. Ruffle decoration on the button placket area. Unusual plaid color combination, which is why I picked it up, but it doesn't suit me. Pretty light weight (not a flannel), perfect for transitional summer/fall weather.
