@rita314 I’m sorry for the delay! The waist measures 13.5” across laying flat, and the hips are approximately 17” across. This skirt fits a true size 2! 😊

@laurawahl66 I am SO sorry I’m seeing your comment so late! I’m going to add a pic of the skirt’s materials, but also it’s made out of nylon & polyester- Lilly recommends dry cleaning! It’s too small for me to try on to test if it feels stretchy ☹️ but by pulling gently & looking at what the skirt’s made from, I’d say there wouldn’t be much stretch/give. Also I’d say that this is likely TTS size 2, from past experience wearing the brand.
