NWT Lilly Pulitzer Levy Skirt

— OPEN TO OFFERS — NEW WITH TAGS Lilly Pulitzer Levy skirt in the pattern “Ooh La La” – super great quality and very flowy/light, I’ve just never had a chance to wear it. It is a 00, but Lilly tends to run big. I am usually a 0 or 2 in most brands, sometimes even a 4. :)
