NWT Lily Pulitzer Adeline Midi Skirt

Brand new with tags, really versatile piece that can be worn as a midi skirt or a strapless dress. Size XXS but definitely would fit anywhere between xxs-small. I’m a 4-6 in bottoms and you can see it looks and fits me great, so it probably would even look good on a medium. The waist band is extremely stretchy.
