lhappel @mscaraglino I just tried it on and measured my hips and they are exactly 35 inches. It will fit 35 inch hips. I just weighed myself and I lost a few pounds so I'm the same weight now as I was when the pictures were taken so I guess maybe my hips were bigger than I thought when the picture was taken LOL.
