Banana Republic NWT Retail $128 I CONSIDER ALL OFFERS! Banana Republic little black dress with bell sleeves. Slit on chest that has a little fabric covered button to close at neck. It's very simple but elegant. It has a very long zipper in the back that makes it super easy to get on/off. The sleeves are pretty long and the bell is very wide even though it only has two pleats.
