NWT Little black dress

Reposhing this item I purchased from @shinywardrobe. I Love it but its too tight in my arms/chest area. :( Id say its more of a size 2/Extra small than a Size 4/Small. Im 5ft 5in 125lbs, and a 36C, and Im always a size 3/4/5 Small.. but it was just too tight for me. Halloween. Witchy. Practical Magic. Bell sleeves. Lace.
