This dress is new with tags, never worn, size 13 cream and black colored. It has an attached belt right at the waist, patent leather in front and stretchy material on the sides. It is a small 13, meaning it does not fit like a 13.The smallest part of the waist is 16 inches, the skirt is 18 inches long and shoulder to shoulder 15 inches.
