NWT Liz Claiborne button down long sleeve blouse

Scarlet long sleeve blouse from the Liz Claiborne Petite collection. Brand new and still has all tags attached. Does have shoulder pads that can easily be removed if desired. Bottom hem is contoured as seen in pics. Great top for a day at the office or that upcoming holiday event.
