NWT Loft Dress

New with tags Loft dress in a light gray. Has florals on it with dark green stems and light shades of pink with black accents. Super flattering with the adjustable tie waist! 38 inches shoulder to hem and 24 inches across the front of the bust measured from each armpit. Great for spring and summer or can be worn with booties for a great fall look and with tights for winter! Fabric is stretchy but looks like silk. Arms are about a 3/4 length.
