NWT Loft Faux Wrap Skirt Tulip Hem Jacquard Size 0 Petite

A gorgeous navy blue white textured faux wrap tulip hem style skirt. It is unlined with a hidden zipper. There seems to be a defect along the hem of the zipper (see last photo). Could probably be stitched. Retails for $54.99 New with tags. Size 0 Petite. Not much stretch to it. Take a look through my available listings, if you like this you may find something else you love!
