jamie3gregory Hi, what material is this skirt? The black band on top, is it elastic? I wear a size 2 in pants at loft. I don’t know if it would be too big.

sd1192 @jamie3gregory hi, the material is 100% polyester. The band is not elastic, so I am guessing it will be too big if you wear a 2 in loft pants. Just want to be complete honest!
