NWT! Loft Ruffle Midi Dress

Reposhing this item I purchased from @teesandlace. Love it, but it doesn't fit quite right so it's still in new condition with tags. From a double v-neck to a breezy skirt and fluttery ruffle trim in between, this dress makes polished romance easy and flattering. V-neck front and back. Sleeveless. Back zip. Pockets!
