Loft midi dress. Sleeves are 3/4 length and it has a tie belt at the waist and split neck. Fabric is 99% cotton and it feels very light. It has a solid, navy inside lining. Pattern has silver, shimmer "stripes" woven into the material so it has a shimmer or sheen in some lighting. Very bold pattern.
