NWT Lolita "Wednesday" Dress, Navy, S

Lolita-style Man Geeny dress, Navy Blue, size Small. Vintage style is perfect for "Wednesday" costume or cosplay. Full circle skirt--can add crinoline under if desired. Fully lined dress fabric is a dark Navy blue with a wool texture/look. No fabric content tag, but I believe it is synthetic fiber. Bright red collar and cuff accents. Some photos were lightened to show detail. I believe the sizing is more for Asian standards. Waist is about 27" & bust is about 33." To me, the chest area seems closer to XS & measures about 12.25" between sleeve seems as pictured. Please note: the elastic loop for the button at the back of the collar has pulled out. 3 options are: 1.) Ignore it. It can be worn without the loop. 2.) Attach a new loop/fix the original one. 3.) Add a hook & eye.
