Reposhing this item I purchased from @parigo4. I purchased it, got it, tried it on and it doesn’t fit unfortunately. It’s a beautiful top! sophapilla21 @rozadim123 unfortunately I’m not sure if it runs small (I don’t usually wear EU sizing) and I wouldn’t say it’s stretchy at the waist at all.

rozadim123 You said that it doesn't fit; it's listed as XS which is what i usually wear but not sure if it's standard XS. And is the waist not elasticized in anyway? It looks so on the picture

sophapilla21 @rozadim123 yes, correct! It didn’t fit me and I’m between an XS and a Small, it just depends on the brand. So that’s why I’m not sure if this would be considered “runs small.” I also don’t own anything else from the brand to compare it to! The waist is not elastic at all. The measurements are in the listing if you’re hesitant! I’ll also upload a picture with the tape measure against the waist to confirm.

sophapilla21 @rozadim123 the ruffle part of the chest is slightly elastic but the waist (where the black ribbon is) is not elastic. I just uploaded 2 photos with a measuring tape if that helps!
