@braunbk Hi yes! I wear a size 4 in dresses, it's really the bust area that determines how this will fit since the skirt is so flowy. I have about a 35" bust without a bra. You could go either way in this piece since it is heavily lined and supportive but can easily conceal cups and straps, the back is open but not too low for a band.
