NWT Lulu’s Royal Blue satin Ballgown Dress M

Gorgeous, flattering floor length dress with front crossover/opening NWT Size M A few tiny spots on the front shown in pictures. Not sure where they came from as this dress has never been worn. No cups inside the chest areas. Straps can be tied as tight or loose as you wish! With a zipper in the back as well.
