An off-the-shoulder neckline (framed by puff sleeves with ruffled trim) tops a bodice with a tying detail at the center. Large cutouts wrap the waist and continue across the open lower back. A-line skirt falls from the waist to a mini hem and Hidden zipper/clasp at back. *Note that while this is a float dress, it has very little stretch!
