NWT Lulus spaghetti strap a-line dress

Beautiful blue spaghetti strap a-line dress from Lulus. The bottom is multi layered and great for twirling. I returned this dress because it didn’t fit right, but they rejected my return because my dog had gotten hair on it. I spent a good chunk of time pulling hair out of the dress, but it is possible I missed a hair or two. My dogs have short wiry hair that likes to get stuck in fibers.
