NWT Luxology dress

Black stretch velvet meets flowy golden pleats. This dress is new with tags and only ever been tried on. Though it is in new condition, one strap looks like it may need re-fastening (please see last photo). This dress is fully lined with adjustable straps. It would make a great dress of winter holiday get-togethers, or the perfect get up for a virtual cocktail hour.
