NWT MILLY Loren Floral Lace Eyelet Sheath Dress

NWT Beautiful black floral lace eyelet cap sleeved sheath dress. It has never been worn- tag still on. It is from several years back and has been carefully stored in my closet - smoke- free, pet-free …in hopes that it would fit me some day. Never going to happen, unfortunately. It has a black cotton lining except for the sleeves and top of back. 1/2 down Zippered back. It is a very fitted size 10. See photos for measurements. There is no apparent materials tag.
