NWT MINT GREEN NEW YORK & CO. OFF THE SHOULDER DRESS SIZE SMALL. So sorry I’m selling for a client and she doesn’t have the belt. Can still be worn and look great w/o it! Sheer arms, 16 inches. Pit to pit 18 inches. Slip attached underneath of bottom half midway thru so it’s not see-through. Has stretch at the waist (13 inches across). Total length from shoulder to hem approx 61 inches. Last photo shows slight snag toward bottom.
