NWT MSK Evening Plus Size Tiered Hem A Line Dress. Bought 2 sizes and couldn’t return. I feel that it runs a little small. I usually wear a 2X and this fit but was snug. No stretch to the fabric other than the stretch waist. Absolutely adorable on. Super flattering and comfortable!
