NWT MSSP Skirt S10 with flower lace detail

This skirt is so unique and pretty. It’s got a beautiful flower pattern in blues, greens, cream, and white over a white slip lining. It is new this tags, but please note slight discoloration on inside of lining (I think from the tag). It’s not visible when wearing it. Brand is M.S.S.P., which is Max Studio Specialty Products.
