imac2021 In the pictures the chest is measured around 15” flat. In the description the table has the chest measuring as 38-40”. Could you please clarify. Thanks

Bust measurements taken flat are not really reliable, which is why I include flat measurements, manufacturer's size chart, and my mannequins measurements in every listing. This dress has pleating at the bust, as you can see. The waist measurement coincides with the manufacturer's size chart. And as I mentioned, the mannequin is 37-26-37 (and as you can see, she has room). I hope that answers your question!
