I am usually size 25. Does this fit more like XS or size 23/24?

@kkay21 I would say they fit like a true size 25! When I first bought them I was a 26 and I could zip and button them, they were just a bit too tight. Here are the measurements: waist 13.5” no stretch, rise 13”, inseam 3”
