NWT Madewell High-Rise Denim Shorts in Littleton Wash 26

NWT Madewell high rise shorts in the distressed Littleton wash. Listed as 10.5” rise and 4” inseam on the Madewell site, though they come cuffed (cuffs can be undone for the 4” inseam). Waist measures approx. 13.5” but I wear a 27 in most brands/usually 26 in Madewell and found these skin tight, would recommend for a true size 26 / 2. Fabric has stretch.
