NWT Madewell Scalloped 100% Silk Peplum Style Top

This Madewell scalloped 100% silk peplum style black top is brand new with tags. It has laser cut scallops on both sleeves as well as along the bottom of the top. Additionally, there is a zipper up the back with a hook and eye closure. There is a black line through the Madewell tag but this cannot be seen while wearing the top.
