NWT Maeve Tea Dress with Pockets size 8

This is a wine colored lady like tea dress with soft puffed sleeves and hidden pockets. High low hem that is knee length. Change accessories for a day or night look. NWT never worn. I am 5’4 and 127 and his dress was uncomfortably tight on me. I havea size D bust. I think this dress ran small in the top and booty.
