NWT Maje Green Vert/Ivert Plaid Skort (Skirt/Shorts) EU34/XS

This Maje skort is in an EU34 which corresponds to an XS. I purchased this while abroad. I’ve tried it on but it’s never been worn and is new with tags. There’s a small piece of tied off ribbon on the inside by the lower part of the zipper. I’m not sure what it’s for but you can see it in the photos. While trying it on the zipper can sometimes seem a bit stiff but laid flat it’s smooth.
