@emiliarh Heyy! My apologies but i loathe my ruler when i left, im 25 waist and its tight because its high waisted and i have a bigger bone structure, so i would say 24 without a stretch. The hip is a good size. Let me know if you have any other questions or maybe go on the official website and one size down than usually , hope it helps :)
