Knockout statement dress! Gorgeous royal blue strapless ball gown of a fitted bustier with gathered and layered tulle at the top and 3D flowers of tulle throughout the entire skirt. There is a slight ombre starting at the stop of the skirted area from royal blue to a darker blue towards the bottom of the dress. Very slight, but beautiful in the right light. Lined with an extra hem at the bottom of the lower lining to keep the tulle from laying down.
