NWT- Matilda Jane dress-size 8- sweet

This new with tag dress is by Matilda Jane. It is a size 8 and rosy red with white polka dots. It features long sleeves with elastic around the supper arms and wrists. It also has elastic around the waist. It has a single ruffle around the bottom of the dress in back. Very soft and very cute!
