NWT- Matilda Jane top- red floral with velvet-spectacular top!!

This new with tag swing top is by Matilda Jane. It is a size 8 and red floral. It features elastic around the neckline as well as at the bottom of each sleeve. There is a black velvet ribbon around the bottom of the shirt and a detachable rosette at the neckline. My daughter wore this same top in a different size with black velvet pants to rave reviews. One of my favorites!
