NWT Maurice jacket

Super cute drapey jacket. It says a hoodie but it's a little awkward as a hoodie. Kind of just like a cowl (?) Maybe. It's flowy and flattering tho. drawstring bottom and pockets. No zipper, just meant to be worn open.
