NWT knit dress. Size 1 in plus sizes. Top has lace pattern with elastic waist. Skirt has three sections, polkadot, floral lace that matches the top. and plain knit. Includes belt. Never been worn. Approximate measurements are pit to pit 23 inches, length shoulder to waste 16 inches, skirt from waist to hem 24 inches. waist is 19 inches what stretches to 22 inches.
