NWT Maurices mini dress wrap cotton white lined XXL v-neck textured tulip hem

This is a cute and flirty white textured mini dress from Maurices in size XXL with a wrap dress look in front. Babydoll style fit & flare with a tulip hem. It is new with tags. The outer layer is a very light textured fabric in 100% cotton - it does not have much stretch. The inner layer is polyester and also white - it has some stretch. There is also an elastic waist, which has plenty of stretch. Spaghetti straps, which are adjustable. V-neck in the front. At the side is a tie that is for decoration only, which gives the dress the appearance of a wrap dress. It does flare out from the waist to the bottom hem. New with tags condition. Smoke free and pet free home. Waist across unstretched measures about 17 inches across but will easily stretch to 24 inches. Armpit to armpit measures about 22 inches. Waist to bottom hem measures about 21 inches.
