NWT Maxi Dress- Size OS

NWT India Boutique colorful maxi dress- One Size- I would say it is much better for a small or medium though-cute tie below bust- ruffle trim bottom. Stretchy material- length about 45 1/2", bust laying flat is a bit over 13" but this dress does have a decent amount of stretch! Would best fit (I feel) an XS - M
